She also completed an RYT-200 vinyasa teacher training accredited by Yoga Alliance in the Spanda method in Portugal. Constantly expanding her knowledge through workshops and teacher training courses, Adriana began her yoga journey in 2014 – a passion that evolved into a full-time lifestyle and career. Today, she joyfully supports others in taking their first steps on the mat, offering a safe and welcoming space for practice. Her mission is to inspire conscious movement – mindful of the breath and respectful of the body – and to promote physical and mental well-being through yoga and relaxation techniques. Adriana holds a degree in art history, enjoys cycling through the city, working with clay, relaxing in the sauna, and recharging in nature – especially forests and mountain trails. Music plays an important role in her life – during movement, rest, and in her classes, where her original playlists accompany the practice.
